These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.tryservices.co.uk and, where stated, the digital marketing and web design services offered by TryServices (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Paid project work is also governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or client agreement. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the signed client agreement takes priority for that project.
Who we are
TryServices operates from Constance Street, London E16 2DQ, United Kingdom. Contact: info@tryservices.co.uk, +44 7476 067595, WhatsApp +447476067595.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to send an enquiry. You agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information in forms
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape the site in a way that harms it, introduce malware, or interfere with other users
- Not copy or reuse our site design, text, or images except as allowed by law (for example a short quotation with credit)
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
Enquiries, quotes and no obligation
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or asking for a free website review does not create a contract for paid services. Quotes, timelines and recommendations are estimates until we both agree a written scope and commercial terms.
We may decline work that is unlawful, misleading, or that we cannot deliver well.
Services
We offer digital marketing and web-related services which may include website design and development, SEO, PPC and Google Ads, paid social, content, and related consultancy. The exact services, fees, and deliverables for a client are set out in that client’s agreement.
You acknowledge that:
- Search rankings, traffic, ad results and revenue depend on your market, budget, website, competitors, and third-party platforms (including Google, Meta and Microsoft). We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue.
- Past examples on this site illustrate the type of work we do; they are not a promise that your campaign will achieve the same outcome.
- You remain responsible for the accuracy of materials you supply (copy, images, product claims, pricing, and legal pages on your own site).
- You must have the right to use any brand assets, photos and text you give us.
Fees and payment
Website content about budgets is illustrative. Fees, payment schedule, and expenses are confirmed in writing before paid work starts. Late payment may pause work. Unless a client agreement says otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT if VAT applies.
Intellectual property
- This website: design, layout, copy, logos and graphics are owned by TryServices or our licensors. You may not copy them for a competing site.
- Client work: ownership of deliverables (for example a website we build for you) is set out in the client agreement. Until invoices are paid we may retain a licence or withhold handover files.
- Third-party tools: stock photos, fonts, plugins, hosting and ad platforms remain subject to their own licences.
Acceptable content and advertising
You must not ask us to promote illegal products, discriminatory ads, or claims we reasonably believe are false or non-compliant with UK advertising and consumer law (including ASA / CAP rules and Google/Meta policies). We may refuse or pause campaigns that breach those rules.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for loss of profit, revenue, data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website
- We are not liable for the availability or policies of third-party platforms (search engines, social networks, hosting, or payment providers)
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law
For paid services, any cap on liability will be stated in the client agreement. If none is stated, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Availability and changes to the site
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Third-party links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of the website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
